1963年出生于天津市，现为：中国美术家协会理事；国家一级美术师；湖南省美术家协会副主席、秘书长；文化部青联美术工作委员会副主任；中国人民大学培训学院特聘教授；中国美术家协会河山画会会员。作品参加文化部、中国美术家协会主办的第八、九、十届全国美术作品展，获“西部辉煌”全国中国画提名展金奖，全国中国山水画展优秀奖、建党80周年全国美术作品展优秀奖，参加全国政协主办当代国画优秀作品展——湖南作品展

 Born in Tianjin in 1963, he is now a member of China Artists Association, a first-class national artist, a vice-chairman and secretary-general of Hunan Artists Association, a vice-chairman of the Youth Federation Art Work Committee of the Ministry of Culture, a specially appointed professor of the Training College of Renmin University of China, and a member of Heshan Painting Association of China Artists Association. His works participated in the eighth, ninth and tenth National Art Exhibition sponsored by the Ministry of Culture and the Chinese Artists Association, won the Gold Prize of the National Chinese Painting Nomination Exhibition of "Western Glory". He also won the National Landscape Painting Exhibition Excellence Award and the National Art Exhibition Excellence Award for the 80th Anniversary of the Founding of the Party. He also participated in the National Political Consultative Conference sponsoring the Contemporary Chinese Exhibition of works.

Born in February 1963, he is currently the director of China Artists Association and secretary-general of Hunan Artists Association.

In 1993, the Chinese painting "Where to Lead in the Mountain" was selected as the first Chinese landscape painting exhibition in China.

In 1994, the Chinese painting "Autumn Love" was selected as the Eighth National Art exhibition.

In 1997, the Chinese painting "Waste Years" was selected into the National Art Exhibition for the 70th anniversary of the founding of the army.

In 1999, one of the traditional Chinese paintings "Oriental Soul" was selected as the National Landscape Painting Exhibition of the 50th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China.

In 1999, the second Chinese painting "Oriental Soul" was selected into the Ninth National Art Exhibition.

In 2000, the Chinese painting Spring Rhyme was selected into the 14th National New Artists Exhibition.

In 2001, the Chinese painting "Glorious Years" was selected as the National Art Works Excellence Award for the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Party.

The Chinese painting "Glorious Years" was selected as the gold medal of Hunan Fine Arts Exhibition.

In 2002, the Chinese painting "Towering Taihang" was selected as the National Nominated Exhibition of Chinese Painting Works.
