 王佛生 ，男，汉族，1955年5月生，江苏高邮人，

1973年3月参加工作，1975年4月入党，大学学历。

1973年3月霍山县隆兴公社下放知青；1979年3月佛子岭水电站中学教师；

1980年3月佛子岭水电站政治处干事；

1981年11月安徽送变电公司机运处股长；

1984年4月安徽送变电公司团委副书记；

1986年12月安徽送变电公司办公室副主任（1984年9月至1988年7月合肥职工科技大学企业管理专业半脱产学习）；

1988年1月安徽送变电公司计划科科长；

1992年8月合肥供电局局长助理；

1993年9月合肥供电局副局长、党委委员（1996年9月至1998年1月挂职合肥市人民政府市长助理、党组成员）；

1998年1月合肥市人民政府副市长、党组成员；

2003年12月安徽省民政厅副厅长、党组成员；

2009年10月安徽省民政厅副厅长、党组成员兼任省民间组织管理局局长；

2010年12月至今安徽省民政厅巡视员、党组成员兼任省民间组织管理局局长、安徽省社科联副主席。

 安徽省美术家协会副主席、安徽省民政厅巡视员、安徽省社科联副主席、安徽黄宾虹画院院长。

长期从事中国书法和绘画研究，在书画创作、美术理论等方面皆有较高的造诣。

其书法上溯秦汉，以至“三代”，效仿魏晋，力追“二王”。

绘事高古，以书入画，以黄宾虹为宗，深得三味，且广纳宋元，旁效四僧，立意高远，笔墨灵动，其书法、绘画作品深受业内外人士的关注。

Head of Planning Section, Anhui Power Transmission and Distribution Company, January 1988;

Assistant to the Director-General of Hefei Power Supply Bureau in August 1992;

In September 1993, Deputy Director of Hefei Power Supply Bureau and member of the Party Committee (from September 1996 to January 1998, he was appointed Assistant Mayor and Member of the Party Group of Hefei Municipal People's Government);

Vice Mayor and Party Member of Hefei Municipal People's Government in January 1998;

In December 2003, the deputy director of Anhui Civil Affairs Department and members of the Party Leadership Group;

In October 2009, the deputy director of the Anhui Civil Affairs Department and members of the Party Group also served as the director of the Provincial Civil Organizations Administration Bureau.

From December 2010 to now, the inspector and Party member of Anhui Provincial Civil Affairs Department have also served as the director of the Provincial Administration of Non-governmental Organizations and vice-chairman of Anhui Social Sciences Federation.

Vice Chairman of Anhui Artists Association, Inspector of Anhui Civil Affairs Department, Vice Chairman of Anhui Social Sciences Federation and President of Huang Binhong Painting Academy of Anhui Province.

He has been engaged in the research of Chinese calligraphy and painting for a long time, and has a high attainment in the creation of calligraphy and painting, art theory and so on.

Its calligraphy traces back to Qin and Han Dynasties, even to the "three generations", following the Wei and Jin Dynasties, and striving to pursue the "two kings".

Painting is ancient, based on books and paintings, with Huang Binhong as the ancestor. It has three flavors. It is widely accepted in Song and Yuan Dynasty, and has four monks who are beside the monks. It has a lofty idea and a smart brush and ink. Its calligraphy and painting works are deeply concerned by people inside and outside the industry.
