李刚（1978—）毕业于山东艺术学院。访学于北京画院师从袁武先生，中国美术家协会会员，山东省美协山水画艺委会副秘书长，山东青年画院特聘画家，东营市美术家协会副主席，东营画院院长助理。首届国家艺术基金获得者，山东省政府奖文艺类最高奖“泰山文艺奖”获得者，首届“齐鲁文化之星”
