解金峰，(1948.4—)笔名伏牛子，河南人。擅长中国画。1964年考入洛阳地区师范学校；1967年后历任河南省地质子弟学校美术教师；洛阳市西工区唐三彩厂工艺设计师；洛阳市西工区文化馆美术干部，现任职于洛阳市西工区文化馆。中国美协会员，洛阳市美协理事、山水画艺委会副主任，洛阳书画院副院长。作品《秋熟时节情亦熟》入选第八届全国美展；《青云欲雨图》获澳门回归中国画、摄影作品大展优秀奖；《伏牛九月云水寒》获世纪·中国风情中国画展银奖。作品《耘云播雨》入选2004年首届中国美术家协会会员中国画精品展。
1992年，《萧萧秋风入伏牛》入选全国首届山水画展；
1993年，《豫西农家》获中华五千年全国书画大奖赛二等奖；
1994年，《秋熟时节情亦熟》入选第八届全国美展，并获河南省八届美展一等奖：

2002年，与李建设合作《洛川沐春》被中共洛阳市委作为礼品敬献党的“十六大”并被北京人民大会堂收藏；
2004年，《耕云播雨》入选首届中国美协会员中国画精品展；
2004年，《春风初度》获河南省第十届美展一等奖;
l998年以来，曾在洛阳、郑州，青岛、西安等地多次举办个人画展，受到好评。出版有《解金峰水墨山水画》画集。
