齐宏伟，又名齐弘，号静远，1959年生于河南郑州。中国美术家协会会员，国家一级美术师。现为中国山水画协会副秘书长，中国山水画创作院副院长，中国人民大学艺术学院中国画高研班导师、教授。多幅作品被人民大会堂、天安门城楼、中南海、中直机关、中法文化交流中心、中国国家画院、中国艺术研究院、中国水墨画院、中国山水画创作院陈列收藏。
