汤漾，男，1943年7月生于广西柳州市，祖籍广东梅州。柳州画院创建人，柳州画院院长，中国美术家协会广西分会会员，广西美协中国画艺委会委员，广西石涛艺术学会理事，曾任柳州市政协第七、八届常委，柳州市海外联谊会理事，广西工艺美术校校长、顾问，广西书画院院士。
中国著名画家应野平先生入室弟子，擅山水、兼工花鸟、书法。作品清新流畅、浑厚多变、古朴雅致。曾于南宁、西宁、上海、香港、台北、日本东京举办个展或联展。1990年率团出访日本，作品在日本、泰国、美、德、法、俄罗斯、波兰等国广为流传，并收入《中青年花鸟画家作品选》、《桂林山水新作选》、《中国当代花鸟画大观》等画册，出版有《汤漾花卉集》、《汤漾作品选》、《汤漾花卉选》。在中国广西－日本京都书画院一、二届联展、第三届中国当代花鸟画邀请展、首届中国当代山水画邀请展、日本“SBS”第十一届学苑祭画展等国内外画展中，均有作品参展。另外，在《文汇报》、《新闻报》、《中国书画报》、《中国花鸟画》、《广西美术》、《广西文学》、《书与画》、《广西政协报》等近二十多家报刊杂志专文介绍作品及文章，作品被青海省、连云港市、桂林市博物馆及周恩来总理缩纪念馆、郭沫若、沈钧儒、萧红、李可染、施耐庵等名人纪念馆、宾馆和有关学术部门所珍藏。辞条辑入《中国现代美术家人名大辞典》、《中国当代艺术界名人录》等。
