杨天序，1944年6月生，安徽省涡阳县人，淮北市国画院院长，一级美术师。1969年毕业于合肥师范学院美术系，进修于南京艺术学院美术系。

自1982年以来曾先后在南京艺术学院、安徽省博物馆、中国美术馆、上海朵云轩等
