罗其鑫，男，1943年生，四川省成都市人，画家。1962年毕业于四川美术学院，师承中国著名山水画家周伦元、岑学恭先生专攻山水画。
曾先后担任成都社大艺术系，成都翰林中国书画艺术学院副院长，艺术系主任，教授，在四川教育学院、成都教育学院讲授山水课。曾任中国工艺美术学会四川分会书画专业委员会主任，四川省美术家协会山水画会理事、四川东方书画艺术研究会副会长、成都市美术家协会常务理事、成都市山水画会常务副会长。
人物言论
1.我很喜爱三峡，上世纪70年代就去过三峡了，那时三峡的轮船很少，白船点点，惊涛拍岸。我画三峡是画的老三峡，保存了三峡的原貌。我觉得我有一个责任告诉下一代，三峡到底是什么样子。
2.坐在古道上写生，犹如穿越了时空隧道，与古人对话。每次去都有新的感受。先秦古道深处，有着沉甸甸的沧桑感。
3.写生过后，我不会将写生来的东西依葫芦画瓢，而是将乾坤重新“打扁搓圆”。

个人画展
1981年在新加坡，1986年在巴西，1998年在北京中国美术馆，1995年、1997年及2004年在吉隆坡办个人画展。
作品曾入选《中国画》《中国书画作品精选》《中国国画百人佳作选》《四川省中国画作品精选》。出版有《罗其鑫画集》，并在《国画》《国画家珍藏版创刊号》上有专版介绍。

  1. I very love 3 gorge, 70 years go the century on cross 3 gorge, the ship of 3 gorge is very few in those days, bai Chuan is nodded, jing billows takes a bank. I draw 3 gorge is a picture is old 3 gorge, saved the former appearance of 3 gorge. I feel I have a responsibility to tell to leave generation, 3 gorge are what appearance after all.
