黄天虎，1942年生，1963年毕业于贵州大学艺术系，中国美术家协会会员，贵州省美协常务理事，国家一级美术师，1993年享受国务院特殊贡献政府津贴，第七、八届贵州省政协委员。现为贵州省美协创作室从事专业创作。
