姜明朝，男，汉族，祖籍河南信阳，1951年生于北京，53年迁入河南漯河。现系漯河铁路文联主席，漯河市美协主席、原秘书长。原市书协副主席，河南省美协会员全国铁路文联会员。
自幼受母亲剪花绣花影响与中国画结下不懈之缘，学生时期即追随名家画风、研读古典名作、乐于展事活动、开阔视野潜移默化坚持传统基本功，钟情于中国画写意和大写意擅长山水、花鸟等。坚持对芥子园画谱、石涛、吴昌硕及现代名家作品和文化内涵的钻研，修习古汉诗词等，特别是近十余年专业绘事，技法娴熟参悟并储形成了一定的个人绘画风格。作品荣获湖北省第六届楚天文艺一等奖、河南省各类奖项多次，2004年作品《岭泼词意》入选河南省第十届美术作品展。其作品被市档案馆收藏。
