王文江，研究馆员，男，汉族，1956年5月出生，现任牡丹江市群众艺术馆美影部主任。1999年获得全国第八届“群星奖”金奖、第九届全国美术作品展铜奖，2002年获得黑龙江省第九届“群星奖”一等奖，2003年获得黑龙江省油画作品展最高奖优秀奖，2004年获得黑龙江省第十届美术优秀作品展最高奖优秀奖。
王文江毕业于中央工艺美术学院（现清华大学美术学院）美术专业本科，获文化学士学位。现就职于黑龙江省牡丹江市群众艺术馆，美术摄影部主任、研究馆员、中国油画学会会员、黑龙江省美术家协会理事、牡丹江市美术家协会主席、牡丹江市美术学科专业带头人、牡丹江市德艺双馨文艺工作者。

作为一名油画家，在潜心创作之余，时刻不忘自己所肩负的社会责任。除了深入基层辅导群众文化，还亲自组织全市美术创作群体和对外文化交流。所带领的美术群体在全国各重大美术作品展览中取得了很大的成绩，在省内外引起重大影响。他曾受牡丹江市政府的委托亲自组织并率领市画家代表团出访俄罗斯、澳大利亚并举办书画艺术展，《乌苏里斯克日报》、《海参崴日报》、悉尼影响最大的政府媒体《先锋报》、最大的华人报纸《澳洲新报》等国外重大新闻媒体均刊登了他的大幅照片和美术作品，并给予高度评价，进一步加深了他们对中国艺术家的了解。
