易至群(1938.8—)别名易子，湖南邵阳人。擅长中国画。1960年广州美术学院国画系毕业，1960年广州美院中国画系任教，历任江西《南昌晚报》美术编辑、武汉画院，一级美术师，海南大学艺术学院教授。作品《村史》入选第三届全国美展，《追花图》入选庆祝建国30周年全国美展，《豆选》入选建党60周年全国美展，《冼星海作曲》，《九歌图》入选第六、七届全国美展，《离骚辞意》获第八届全国美展优秀奖。作品为中国美术馆收藏。出版有《易至群新作选集》、《易至群画集》等。
