卢鸿逵(1927.7.19-)。曾用名红葵，字卢荻，堂号阴晖草堂。江苏扬州人。1948年苏州东吴大学文学院肄业。1949年后，曾在扬州、上海从事中国画和染织图案设计。1952年后任辽宁省锦州印染厂、丹东丝绸印染厂图案设计室主任，1983年后任锦州印染厂副总工程师，高级染织工艺美术师。中国美术家协会会员，美术辽宁分会理事，中国流行色协会理事，辽宁省工业美术协会理事，省纺织工程学会理事，省纺织美术学会副理事长，锦州市美协副主席。
