曲熙贵(1927.10—)，别名曲辰，烟台抽纱设计家。山东省文登市(原山东省文登县）人。一九五六年在文登绣花厂工作，开始从事抽纱设计。一九五八年，在中央工艺美术学院图案系进修。1960年在烟台文登绣花厂从事抽纱设计和研究。曾任山东省烟台市工艺美术公司研究所工艺师。二十多年来，他设计，成交的画稿约几百种，换取外汇近一亿元。自一九六三年以来，他又先后举办九次抽纱设计培训班，传授技艺，学员有几百人。一九七九年出席全国工艺美术艺人、创作人员代表大会，被授予工艺美术家称号。现任烟台地区工艺美术研究所副所长，烟台市政协委员。曾任中国工艺美术学会理事，山东省工艺美术学会副理事长，烟台市工艺美术学会副理事长等职。
抽纱设计作品有《平绣满工大套号50326》、《扣锁满工大套号5665》等。代表作还有《满江扣锁》、《集锦绣》等。
