兰华生，男，畲族，曾用名蓝华生，1969年9月生于福建上杭。1992年毕业于福建师大美术学院，现任教于福建省龙岩学院艺术系，副教授。福建省美协会员，龙岩市美术家协会理事，龙岩市青年书画家协会常务副主席，龙岩市新罗区美协副主席。《幽林雀闹》入选中国美协举办的“中国画三百家”作品展，《一帘春梦》入选第十六届国际造型艺术家协会代表大会美术特展，《霜秋》荣获福建省庆建国60周年福建省当代美术大展暨第十一届全国美展福建省美术作品选拔展优秀奖(最高奖)，入选第十一届全国美展。获福建省百花文艺奖三等奖。
