浙江衢州人，1950年生，自幼承家父著名花鸟画家周一云先生亲授。2000年结业于中国美术学院国画系，并求学于姜宝林先生。
2004年在浙江画院池沙鸿工作室研修，同时得到张华胜、曾宓、何水法、张伟民、孙永、张捷等诸多老师的教导。
现为中国美术家协会会员，浙工省花鸟画家协会会员、衢州书画院副院长、浙江画院特聘画师。
