韩世品，笔名寒方，河北省张家口人，1982年赴天津美术学院进修，系统学习中国画，画论及相关课程，为今后创作奠定了坚实的基础，后期师从龚建新老师，主修中国人物画。主攻国画人物，多以新疆少数民族为题材，表现人物追求朴实，厚重。擅长群体人物画的创作，相对前人有所突破。作品收录诸多画集。部分作品被收藏及散藏于民间。1999年《板桥归乡》入选“首届《国画家》小品精作展”。2000年《西部风》获“首届世界华人艺术展”银奖。2004年《夕语》被毛主席纪念堂收藏。《相聚巴扎》入选全国第二届中国人物画画展，同年《民间婚礼》（第二稿）入选第十届全国美展。2005年《叼羊图》入选纪念徐悲鸿诞辰110周年“国际著名美术家”作品展。现为中国美术家协会会员，新疆昌吉政协美术研究院副院长。
