别名蓝水，笔名早雪、听雪山庄主人。生于江苏省泰州市，1976年毕业于南京艺术学院舞台美术专业，先后任泰州文化馆副馆长、市文化局艺术科科长及市艺术工作室主任等，泰州书画院院长、高级美术师。2003年参加中国美术家协会山水画高研班学习。长期从事美术创作，作品《往日青青》、《钟声》等参加第七届、八届全国美展，《得而复失的记忆》等作品参加国家级展赛事十多次，参加省级以上艺术活动数十次；《青花瓷瓶和陶瓷》入选第七届中国水彩画大展等。先后举办个人画展三次，出国访问交流展两次(韩国、芬兰)、不少作品被美术馆及相关单位收藏。有作品在《中国水彩》、《艺苑》、《江苏画刊》等刊物上发表，编著出版有大型画册《泰州书画》。现为中国美术家协会会员，国家一级美术师。中国美协高研画家联谊会秘书长。泰州市美术家协会副主席。泰州书画院院长、中国水墨机构主席兼学术主持、江苏省画院特聘专家、江苏省美术家协会理事。
