王奇志画作

1945年生于江苏兴化市。早年学习工艺美术，后随中国著名油画家全山石教授习画，几十年来长期从事美术编辑和创作。现为福建省人大书画院副院长兼秘书长，中国美协会员，海协会书画交流分会理事（国台办），福建省美协常务理事。

连环画《孤胆英雄》获文化部优秀创作奖。版画《憩》和国画《班长的秘密》分别参加建军50周年、55周年全军美展，《桂斋林则徐读书处》参加福建省优秀作品赴京书画展，表现老一辈革命家形象的《民主法制的里程》参加纪念全国人大成立40周年举办的展览并被全国人大常委会办公厅收藏，第二稿《民主法制的里程》入选纪念毛泽东在延安文艺座谈会上的讲话发表60周年全国美展并获优秀奖，《小村大视野》获2006年全国中国画展优秀奖，漆画《三月三》入选全国第二届少数民族美展并获优秀奖，《生我养我的地方》获2011年第七届中国美协会员精品展。作品多次被邀在美国、加拿大、新加坡和我国台湾地区展出，并为国内美术馆、博物馆和国际友人、侨胞珍藏。出版有《王奇志画集》、《王奇志作品选》，多家美术媒体推介，列入《中国当代美术家人名录》。
