汪炳璋(1952.6—)安徽颍上人，中共党员。擅长版画。1977年毕业于阜阳师范学院美术系，
安徽建筑工业学院艺术学院院长，教授。留校任教。中央美院版画系进修班结业；1993年后任安徽建筑工业学院建筑系副主任、艺术系副主任（主持工作）、艺术系主任，现任安徽建筑工业学院艺术学院院长，教授、硕士生导师、中国建筑学会室内设计分会合肥专业委员会副主任，中国美术家协会会员，安徽省美术家协会常务理事。
2005年随中国美协赴法国讲学，作品《采秋》入选第九届全国版画展；《红云》入选全国第十二届版画展；《稚子》入选第八届全国美展。发表《柯勒惠支：苦涩的生命之花》等。作品曾随同胡锦涛主席访问法国，并参加中法文化交流年活动。
