王胜红，(1957.3—)天津人。擅长版画。1992年毕业于天津美术学院。
1998年进修于中央美术学院。塘沽画院美术工作部主任，专职画家。版画《波上行》、《钢魂之三》获第十四届中国版画展金奖。有作品被中国美术馆及国外美术馆、博物馆收藏。
1984年9月《钢铁集合》之一获第六届全国美展优秀作品奖；1985年《光与影》入选第九届全国版画展；
1989年《波上行》入选第七届全国美展和《中国当代版画沙龙展》在日本展出；
1993年《钢魂》之一获全国“群星奖”美术大展优秀作品奖；1993年《波上行》获日本国际版画研究会金奖；
1996年10月《暮归》入选第十三届全国版画展；1998年《钢魂》之三获第十四届全国版画展金奖；
1999年《钢魂》之三获全国第八届“群星奖”展优秀作品奖；1999年12月《钢魂》之三入选第九届全国美展；
2000年10月《上升的气流》获第十五届全国版画展览银奖；2000年11月《钢魂》之三获入选中国版画百年展；
2003年9月《逝去的家园》获第二届中国美术“金彩”奖全国美展，优秀作品奖。
2004年9月《都市的阴影》多件作品被中国美术馆、中央美术学院、广东美术馆、苏州美术馆、四川美术馆、青岛美术馆、文化部中外艺术交流中心、欧洲木版画基金会、天津艺术博物馆及收藏家个人收藏。作品曾收录及发表于《1979-1999中国美术二十年》外文版大型文献画册、《中国优秀版画作品集》《美术》杂志、《中国文化画报》、《人民日报》、《光明日报》、《文汇报》、《天津日报》等。
1999年被中国版画家协会评为80年代—90年代优秀版画家；同年获中国版画家协会最高荣誉“鲁迅版画奖”。
