王雪峰，满族，1963年4月生，1987年毕业于西北民族大学（原西北民族学院）美术学院油画专业，获学士学位。现为中国美术家协会会员，宁夏美术家协会副主席，宁夏美协油画艺委会副主任，宁夏油画学会副会长兼秘书长，宁夏书画院副院长，国家一级美术师。
