金祥龙(1956.1—)上海人。擅长中国画、版画。1992年毕业于云南艺术学院美术系。现任上海市南汇县文化馆馆员。作品曾多次入选全国版展及全国美展。作品《故乡之四》获第十三届全国版画展银奖，《故乡之七》获第十届版画展铜奖。出版有《金祥龙画选》、《金祥龙版画选》。

1995年在上海美术馆举办个人画展。
