沈北雁(1942.10—)祖籍湖北松滋，生于重庆。擅长版画、油画。1961年毕业于中央美术学院附中。1967年毕业于中央美术学院版画系。历任兰州军区政治部创作组美术创作员，北京电影学院美术系讲师。1989年定居法国。现旅居美国。2006年回国，在北京建立个人画室和作品陈列室。2007年初，在中国美术馆成功举办个人作品展。2008年在北京举办“迎奥运体育作品个展”。
作品有《女红军》、《河西突围》等。版画《祁连英魂》获第六届全国美展铜奖。
沈氿的作品多次参加全国美展、全军美展并多次获奖。许多作品被国家博物馆、中国美术馆收藏。
赴法国后，潜心求索。油画作品多次参加法国“国家沙龙”、“比较沙龙”、“秋季沙龙”等各种画展，并多次举办个人展览。作品多被藏家收藏。1999年开始钢笔画的创作至今，从作品一问世，就引起极大反响和广泛关注。此次展出为钢笔画和速写作品。

Was graduated from department of woodcut of central academy of fine arts 1967. Have successively held the posts of ministry of politics of Lanzhou military region to create the member that group art is created, art of Beijing film institute fastens instructor. Resident 1989 France. Show reside abroad United States. Went back to the motherland 2006, individual atelier and work showroom are built in Beijing. After going to France, with great concentration searchs. Canvas work attends France for many times " national salon " , " compare salon " , " autumn salon " wait for all sorts of art exhibition, hold an individual to exhibit for many times. Work is collected by Tibetan home more. Began pen-and-ink to create 1999 up to now, come out from work, cause great echo and wide attention.
