陈琦(1963.3—)湖北武汉人。中央美术学院教授、硕士生导师。擅长版画。1987年毕业于南京艺术学院美术系；2006南京艺术学院美术学博士。作品《桌》获第七届全国美展铜奖；《桌之一》获大陆青年版画展二等奖；《桥》获全国青年版画展优秀创作奖。
陈琦二十余年的研究和实践使他成为中国首屈一指的、创造性革新传统水印技艺的当代艺术家。从八五新潮伊始，他勇敢地从现代主义蜕变而出，结合西洋画法表现光线明暗的素描层次的理念，扩展了水印局限于中国水墨和现代主义的美学束缚，积极探索水印作为独立艺术语言的当代表现力，其作品的印制过程弱化了画稿的限制，发挥了艺术家创作过程中的主体意识，即兴灵感和随机痕迹使意识的流动得以体现。更可贵的是，他关注水印木刻作为文化遗产和艺术创作的方法论层面所孕育的观念性，进入了超越美学的当代艺术实验。
公共收藏：作品分别被中国美术馆、上海美术馆、广东美术馆、江苏省美术馆、英国大不列颠博物馆、英国维多利亚阿尔伯特博物馆、AshmoleanMuseum，Oxford（英国牛津）、Sotheby‘sInstituteofArt，London（英国伦敦）、纽约国立图书馆、日本福岗美术馆和欧洲木版画基金会等机构收藏。
