张衍海(1951.6—)山东肥城人。擅长版画。曾在铁道兵部队从事版画创作。中国铁路工会第十四工程局委员会宣传教育部委员。作品有《万水千山只等闲》（合作）、《老在四方》（合作）、《山乡风》等。
