李福来，辽宁省北镇县人，1938年生于黑龙江省泰来县。现任鲁迅美术学院教授，研究生导师，辽宁省文史研究馆馆员。代表论著有《美术之路》系列丛书、主要创意人之一——（素描卷）领衔撰写、编著（合作）。

人物生平
1944—1951年就读北镇县闾阳驿小学，受蒙于辽西画家唱寿彭，张梦坦先生，初识美术。
1951—1954年，就读辽西省黑山中学，得张静纯先生提携指点，艺术专长大有长进。
1954—1958年，就读东北美专附中，师从黄锡龄，刘德民，陈海涛，赵梦珠，钟质夫诸位先生，正式接受美术专业系统教育。
1958—1962年，就读鲁迅美术学院，从师朱鸣冈，万今声，路坦，陈尊三等著名画家，专攻版画艺术。
1962年毕业留校任教，任素描，木刻、版画创作等教学工作。
1979年任讲师。
1983年任副教授，版画系主任，兼任辽宁省版画学会秘书长，副会长职。
1984年任鲁迅美术学院教务长，兼版画系主任。
1988年兼任辽宁省美协副主席（1998年退职）。政协沈阳市常委兼文教体卫委委员会副主任（连任三届，2004年退出）。
1989年晋升教授，任鲁迅美术学院副院长（1998年谢职）。获国务院颁发的特贡专家津贴。
1996年加入中国民主促进会，任该届中央委员。
1962年，木刻组画《嘎达梅林》。
1964年，木刻《油厂晨辉》入选全国版画展。
1965年，木刻《友谊》入选对外交流展。
1966年，木刻组画《抚顺矿工血泪史》（同朱鸣冈，全显光，张家瑞，张振国等合作）。
1978年，木刻《丙辰清明夜》入选全国版画展。
《诺尔曼·白求恩》入选全国工会美展。
1984年，木刻《多福》入选全国版画展，之后相继创作木刻《万家酣梦几人醒》入选黄遵宪专题展。《美人鱼》入选对外交流展。
获中国版画家协会颁发的《鲁迅版画奖》。
自1995年起封刀改行，专事《全景画》创作。
1995—1997年主持合作《莱芜战役》全景画，获全国第一届壁画展佳作奖。
1998年主持合作《赤壁之战》全景画，获第十届全国美展金牌奖。
2001—2002年主持合作《济南战役城区攻坚战》全景画，获全国第一届壁画展银奖，获第十届全国美展铜牌奖。
2003—2004年主持合作西柏坡革命纪念馆《三大战役》半景画，获全国第一届壁画展佳作奖。
2004—2005年主持合作井冈山《井冈山革命斗争》全景画。
2005—至今，主持合作《淮海战役》全景画，正在制作中。
2005年——2007年7月主持合作完成《淮海战役全景画》
2007年10月——2008年3月主持合作完成《甲午海战——威海刘公岛保卫战》半景画。
2006年-2010年底主持合作河南省的《锦绣中原》全景画。
