梁缨，女，生于1961年，北京人。父亲黄胄是中国著名画家，现为中国美术家协会会员。黄胄美术基金会常务理事，旅德画家。
梁缨就读于德国汉堡美术学院，并取得了硕士学位。她的画风综合了中西方文化，并融入了她独有的灵感。无论她的油画、版画还是水墨画，笔墨上都相当泼辣，既不同于抽象的表现派画法，又有别于写实的传统绘画，而是以她特殊的艺术表现形式来进行创作，作品中反映出她对生活的理解和对以往的回忆，独具个人艺术魅力。她曾在德国、英国、芬兰以及香港等地举办过画展、巡回展览，2000年11月在炎黄艺术馆成功举办了梁缨画展。
