应金飞，1967年生于浙江仙居，中国美术学院教授、研究生导师，中国美术家协会会员，浙江省水彩画家协会副主席，现任浙江美术馆副馆长。
作品曾获第十二届全国美展水彩粉画展银奖，第十二届全国美展综合材料绘画展银奖提名。第十一、十二届全国美展版画展获奖提名。第二十届全国版画展中国美术提名奖，第四届观澜国际版画奖，第三、四届全国青年美展优秀奖。第十一、十二、十三届浙江省美展金奖，回望中国——辛亥百年综合美术大展优秀作品奖，第二届全国小幅水彩画优秀奖等。特邀参加第十届中国艺术节综合材料绘画特展、重庆青年美术双年展等，水印版画《雕版印刷》草图入选中华文明历史题材美术创作工程等。主要出版物包括《应金飞素描》、《素描的高度》、《速写的高度》等。
