耿玉琨(1935—)女，河北宁晋人。擅长版画、中国画。作画一千余幅、速写二千余幅，其中《古道新集》、《天山雪莲》、《巴郎亚克西》、《火州瓜熟》、《西游与东渡》等相继在报刊上发表。作品为中国美术馆、历史博物馆等收藏。创作早期多为版画，后以国画为主。作品质朴粗犷，设色厚重，富有浓郁的乡土气息。现为中国美术家协会会员，北京画院专业画家。
1952年毕业于石家庄师范学校，任小学美术教员。
1954年调石家庄市美术家协会，同年举办个人画展。
1955年入中央美术学院学习。
1960年毕业于中央美术学院，毕业后到北京美术创作室工作。
1965年调入北京画院。
1978年始曾8次赴“丝绸之路”写生，行程10万公里，历时3年，成为我国第一个环行大沙漠的女画家。曾赴日本举办丝路画展，并沿遣唐使之路考察。
1986年携作品参加巴格达国际造型艺术节，并创作反映西段阿拉伯国家风情的作品8幅，在中国美术馆展出。
1989年自己驾驶汽车从北京出发，越过帕米尔高原，远达土耳其、伊斯坦布尔，完成了国外丝路考察。
1991年再次驾驶汽车考察了江河源头、云贵川青藏高原、海上丝路港口、京杭大运河及长城。
出版有专著《高昌壁画辑佚》，儿童读物《拾稻穗》、《努尔古丽》。
