冯建东，1957年生于山东乳山。现为中国美术家协会会员、中国书法家协会会员、中国水墨画学会副秘书长 、烟台大学法学院兼职教授 、烟台市美术家协会顾问 、烟台市书法家协会顾问、中国国家画院卢禹舜工作室画家。

自幼喜书好画，少年时师本乡画家冯一峰先生习壁画版画，八十年代随韩国中国书画家协会主席牟性修先生研习中国传统山水画，2008年被当代国画大师孙其峰先生收为入室弟子。在习古法师自然的同时，遍求当代书画名家，先后拜张万臣熊红钢等为师，2014年又考入中国国家画院卢禹舜工作室高研班进修深造。

Feng Jiandong was born in Rushan, Shandong Province in 1957. He is now a member of China Artists Association, member of China Calligrapher Association, Deputy Secretary General of China Ink Painting Association, part-time professor of Law School of Yantai University, consultant of Yantai Artists Association, consultant of Yantai Calligrapher Association, painter of Lu Yushun studio of China National Academy of painting.

Since childhood, he has enjoyed good calligraphy and painting. When he was young, he studied mural printing with Mr. Feng Yifeng, a painter of his hometown. In the 1980s, he studied traditional Chinese landscape painting with Mr. Mou Xingxiu, chairman of Korean Chinese Calligrapher Association. In 2008, he was accepted as a student by Mr. sun Qifeng, a contemporary Chinese painting master. At the same time of learning the nature of ancient mages, he has been seeking for famous contemporary calligraphers and painters. He has successively studied with Zhang WanChen, Xiong Honggang and others. In 2014, he was admitted to the senior research class of luyushun studio of the National Academy of painting for further study.

In 2008, his works were selected into the sixth national legal publicity calligraphy and painting exhibition and won the third prize

In 2009, his work "golden beisuo and cold spring" was selected to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the founding of the people's Republic of China

2009 work "Xiling Qingxiao" was selected into the national tax system calligraphy and painting exhibition to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the founding of new China

In 2010, his work "turning pine shade into a sunny peak" was invited to attend the 1300 international painting and calligraphy exchange exhibition in Pingcheng, Japan (Nara, Japan)

In 2012, eight works, such as "life is precious and comfortable" and four screens of mountains and rivers, were exhibited in Shandong Art Museum

The work Plateau snow in 2013 was selected into the fourth Mission Hills international print Biennial

In 2013, cold dew was selected into the 12th National Printmaking Exhibition

2014 work "Yunshan Qingyun" was selected into "one belt water" China South Korea calligraphy art exchange exhibition (South Korea)

In 2015, his work "Lingshui sketching" participated in the sketching exhibition of luyushun studio, National Academy of painting of China (Beijing Junior High School Art Museum); in 2015, his work "Qinghui in streams" participated in the graduation exhibition of National Academy of painting of China (National Academy of painting of China)

2016 work "Tianjing Kunyu" participated in 2016 China South Korea Art and calligraphy exchange exhibition

In 2016, his work "soldier 3" was selected into the exhibition of fine arts works of the whole army to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the victory of the long march of the Red Army

In 2016, the work "landscape sketch" participated in the invitation exhibition of the third studio of China National Academy of painting (Beijing Jinshang Museum)
