黑龙江工业学院教授，民盟中央美术院黑龙江分院理事。版画作品《不夜天》：2015年入选由中国美术家协会主办的2015年国际观澜版画双年展览；版画作品《东方红》与杨楠合作：2014年入选由中华人民共和国文化部、中国文学艺术届联合会、中国美术家协会主办的第十二届全国美术作品展览；版画作品《响水云》：2013年入选由中国美术家协会主办的2013年国际观澜版画双年展览。
Yang Haofeng was graduated from Harbin Normal University 1987, 1998 attend in a advanced studies at central academy of fine arts. Currently hold the post ofdirector of staff room of art of institute of normal school of Heilongjiang industry college, chicken on the west director of university art institute. Art teachs professional course leader, member of branch of Heilongjiang of Chinese artist association, chicken on the west vice-chairman of city artist association.
