王海燕，女，1995年毕业于内蒙古师范大学美术系，2001-2003年于中央美院同等学历研究生班学习版画专业，中教高级教师，现为中国美术家协会会员，1995年至今在包头市少年宫任美术教师。

教学理念是：通过创造性的美术教育启迪学生多元化的智慧，让孩子们在艺术的天空里自由翱翔，孩子们，跟着老师一起来享受美、发现美。！

主要成绩：
2003年在北京千年时间画廊举办《祈祷—内蒙四人联展》
2004年。参加深圳关山月美术馆举办的《灵性的空间---全国九人女版画家作品展》。
作品多次参加国际和全国藏书票大展。并获奖
2009年．于北京上苑艺术馆驻馆创作为期一年的油画。
2010年被美国威斯康辛州大学邀请赴美国为期一个多月的学术交流。
2011年《飞舞的翅膀系列》入选全国19届版画。先后被选为包头市级教学能手，优秀班主任，优秀辅导员。多次担任自治区、市级的少儿美术大赛评委等
