高凯宏(1961.2)北京人。擅长版画。1984年宁夏大学美术系毕业。分配到《固原报》任美术编辑，1986年至今在宁夏民族艺术研究所《民族艺林》任美术编辑、二级美术师。版画《凉暮—西夏王陵》入选全国第十一届版画展，丝网版画《走出清真寺》入选第十二届全国版画展，版画《引力》入选第八届全国美展。
1961年生于宁夏，毕业于宁夏大学美术系，中国美术家协会会员，中国版画家协会会员，宁夏美术家协会理事，宁夏美术家协会版画艺术委员会副主任，宁夏书画院专业画家，国家一级美术师。
