蒙希平(1963.3—)男，汉族，贵州人。擅长版画。1963年出生于黑龙江省宝清县八五三农场。1981年进入北大荒版画创作室。1985年入鸡西市师范学校学习，毕业留校。1991年学习于中央美术学院版画系。现任教于鸡西大学师范学院。中国美术家协会会员、省版画院画家、鸡西美协副主席、版画会会长。
作品《冬暖》、《兴旺的小户》评为全国第六届美术大展优秀作品。《蕴》获省类展二等奖。《冬情》荣获首届省青年版画展银奖。《秋恋》荣获全国工业版展金奖。《春分》荣获省群星大展银奖。《春雁》入选‘中华魂’书画展荣获入选奖。《雪地一群野鸡》工荣获中国第二届金彩奖、优秀奖，省画院联展优秀奖。《冬暖》、《兴旺的小户》、《蕴》、《婆婆丁开花了》分别参加全国美术第六届、七届、九届大展。《吸水》、《秋暖》《春分》分别参加全国第八届、十五届、十六届版画展。《夜静悄悄》、《秋恋》、《夏寂》分别参加全国工业六届、七届版画展。《春分》《春雁》赴扑香港展。《雪地一群野鸡》入选中国第二届金彩奖。《雪地一群野鸡》入选台湾国际版画展。《我家地里有野鸡》入选全国第十届美术大展.《孩子妈妈》、《吸水》、《初雪》、《融暖》被中国美术馆收藏；《吸水》入选第八届全国版展。
