张永清，笔名张咏清(1959.9—)河北邯郸人。擅长版画。1981年入河南美校，毕业于河北师大和中央美术学院版画助教班。现为重庆文理学院美术学院院长、教授，国家一级美术师。中国美术家协会会员；中国版画家协会理事；韩国现代美术家协会名誉理事；北京大学图书馆08版《中文核心期刊》评审专家；中央电视台《版画技艺》主讲人；“渝西画派”创始人；“鲁迅版画奖”获得者；重庆市“五个一”文艺人才；重庆市高校教师艺术学科高级职务评审委员会委员。曾入土坷垃版画会、地矿部美术培训班、中央美院版画系进修。历任地矿部美术创作员，中国地质美协秘书长，河北省画院院外画师、副教授。作品有《冬》获全国第十一届版画展铜奖，《北疆情》、《野菊》、《帕米尔的夏天》、《楼兰悠幽》、《西风谷》等。出版有《张永清版画》、《中国地质美术家作品集》等。
