李印启，笔名李奇(离奇)，1952年10月生于河北丰南王兰庄。擅长国画、版画。毕业于北京画院高研班李起画室。同时得到刘占江、王文芳、张仁芝、管桦等教授指教。1970年入伍在昆明军区35102部队历任班长、排长、指导员、营职俱乐部主任等职，1986年转业到河北省丰南县文化馆工作，现为国家一级美术师，中国美术家协会会员，丰南美协主席，丰南书画研究院院长。
国画作品：《水》、《祖国大地春常在》、《新春联》；
版画作品：《自卫还击英雄赞》、《炮兵生活》组画、《月儿》、《密林之夜》等作品参加全国全军美展及出国展出并多次获奖。其中，《进军途中》、《盯住它》、《祥云》、《悠悠漳河水》、《唐山1976.7.28》、《戏》等作品分别被中国美术馆，中国展览交流中心、中国地震博物馆、日本村上美术馆等中外艺术馆所及日本、美国、加拿大、新加坡、马来西亚等国的艺术团体和个人收藏。1993年7月在北京亚细亚画廊联办“北京东郊水墨画巡回展”，1993年9月在北京中国美术馆举办个人画展。作品和简介被编入《中国当代美术家人名录》、《世界现代美术家辞典》、《世界名人录》、《中国历代书画名家宝典》等多部辞书。
