常晓冰，1966年生于陕西紫阳，毕业于西安美术学院，中国版画家协会会员，珠海美术家协会版画艺委会秘书长，珠海特区画院画家，西安美术学院版画系客座教授，澳门城市大学客座教授，苏州景范学校客座教授，深圳彩绘童年艺术教育机构艺术教育总监，深圳童画艺术教育机构艺术教育总监。现任珠海容闳学校副校长、首席美术教师。2002年至今，担任了珠海容闳学校，珠海容闳国际幼儿园，容闳书院等方案的整体规划与环境艺术设计。分别为三个学校创建了专业的版画，陶瓷艺术、综合材料艺术教学工作室。得到国内外诸多同行的高度认可。版画作品多次入选全国专业版画展览，并被多个美术博物馆收藏。
1997年套色木刻《红柿子》获陕西省第三届版画展优秀作品奖
1998年《翠花巷》、《戏台》入选《陕西省水彩粉画展》

2002年丝网版画《瞬间》在上海鲁迅纪念馆展出并被收藏。
《中国制造》入选第五届日本高知国际版画展，丝网版画《西安村子Ⅱ》获第六届全国高等院校版画年会展“探索奖”丝网版画
《村子Ⅰ》入选第十六届全国版画作品展，并被安徽美术馆收藏。
