袁庆禄，男，1970年参军，在北京军区炮兵从事美术工作。1988年中央美术学院进修结业。现为中国美术家协会会员、邯郸学院教授、邯郸美术家协会副主席、中国版画家协会理事、河北省版画研究会副会长。
作品参加中华人民共和国文化部、中国美术家协会举办的第五、六、七、八、九、十届全国美术展览等国家级、国际性大展数十次，三十余件作品在展览中获奖。数十件作品被中国美术馆、博物馆等收藏。出版有袁庆禄版画作品台历、《袁庆禄版画作品集》等。作品被收录和发表于数十种典籍、辞书与报刊。
