陈伟：1962年11月20日生，祖籍宁波。温州大学美术与设计学院，副教授、基础部主任。
1988年毕业于江西师范大学美术系，1992年就读于中央美术学院版画系研修班。2002年应荷兰阿姆斯特丹艺术学院之邀公派访学欧洲。2007年中国艺术研究院研究生院油画创作工作室访问学者。1988年至今任教于温州师范学院美术学院、温州大学美术与设计学院，副教授、基础部主任。现为中国美术家协会、中国版画家协会会员，温州美术家协会副秘书长、版画艺委会副主任。

Was graduated from faculty of art of Jiangxi Normal University 1988, read 1992 at the center department of woodcut of academy of fine arts grinds long class. Ying Helan Amsterdam is artistic 2002 of the institute invite public school to visit learn Europe. Canvas of graduate school of Chinese artistic academy created atelier to visit a scholar 2007. Taught up to now 1988 at institute of art of university of academy of fine arts of institute of lukewarm state normal school, lukewarm state and design, head of department of associate professor, foundation. It is academician of painter of edition of Chinese artist association, China now, deputy secretary-general of association of lukewarm city artist, woodcut art appoint conference vice director.
