徐光福，1959年9月29日出生于四川雅安市。汉族，14岁开始学习绘画、雕塑，1977年参加工作，1984年考入四川美术学院雕塑系，1989年毕业留校任教，曾任该校雕塑系讲师，现为四川美术学院雕塑系副教授。中国雕塑学会会员。中国美术家协会会员。1998年—1999年连续评为重庆优秀教师。
