徐晓虹，男，1960年7月生，安徽合肥人。1986年就读于上海大学美术学院雕塑专业，后毕业于北京中国艺术研究院研究生院美术学专业研究生班。曾任合肥市雕塑院院长，现任安徽省城市雕塑院院长（执行）；中国美术家协会会员，安徽省美术家协会理事、雕塑艺委会主任，二级美术师。
1993年大型铜雕文房四宝立于北京人民大会堂安徽厅，
2000年为北京人民大会堂安徽厅再次创作铜浮雕《徽乡之光》，
雕塑《奋力一掷》、《拳击手》等五件作品分别入选第二、第三、第四、第五届中国体育美展；《奋力一掷》、《拳击手》被亚运委会和国际奥运会收藏。
《文房四宝图》、《希望》、《春播大地》入选第八、九、十届全国美展；
2002年雕塑《古都雄风》、《东方神鸟》分别获中国文化部、北京市政府主办的中国北京国际城雕塑艺术展优秀奖、提名奖，
木雕《童谣》获中国(东阳)国际木雕大奖赛银奖；
《回眸》入选中国首届北京国际美术双年展。
2003年担任莫桑比克国外交部雕塑总设计师。为其创作大型系列雕塑作品《生命之源》，《智慧之光》、《日月之神》。
作品还有《皖南事变烈士纪念群雕及浮雕》七组、安徽省政府花园街系列雕塑六组及《黑色躯体》、《开拓者》等。

Xu Xiaohong, male, born in July 1960 in Hefei, Anhui Province. In 1986, he studied sculpture in the school of fine arts of Shanghai University, and then graduated from the postgraduate class of Fine Arts in the Graduate School of Beijing China Academy of art. He once served as the president of Hefei Sculpture Institute, and now he is the president (Executive) of Anhui Urban Sculpture Institute; he is a member of China Artists Association, director of Anhui Artists Association, director of sculpture art committee, and a second-class artist.

In 1993, the four treasures of a large-scale copper carving study were set up in the Anhui Hall of the Great Hall of the people in Beijing,

In 2000, he created the bronze relief light of Huixiang for Anhui Hall of the Great Hall of the people in Beijing,

Five sculptures, such as "strive for a throw" and "Boxer", were selected into the second, third, fourth and fifth China Sports Art Exhibition respectively; the "strive for a throw" and "Boxer" were collected by the Asian Games Commission and the International Olympic Games.

"Four treasures of study", "Hope" and "land in spring" were selected into the 8th, 9th and 10th national art exhibitions.

In 2002, the sculpture "ancient capital wind" and "Oriental bird" won the outstanding award and nomination award of sculpture art exhibition of Beijing International City sponsored by the Ministry of culture of China and Beijing Municipal Government respectively,

Wood carving nursery rhyme won silver medal of China (Dongyang) International Wood carving grand prix;

Looking back was selected into the first Beijing International Art Biennale.

In 2003, he served as the chief designer of sculpture of the Ministry of foreign affairs of Mozambique. For his creation of a large series of sculpture works "the source of life", "the light of wisdom", "the God of the sun and the moon".

There are also seven groups of "Southern Anhui Incident Martyrs Memorial group sculpture and relief", six groups of Garden Street Series sculpture of Anhui provincial government, and "black body", "pioneer", etc.
