刘艺杰（LiuYijie），生于一九六零年八月四日，祖籍辽宁，生于西安，1982年毕业于西安美术学院雕塑系。1994年赴美国进行现代艺术及艺术教育考察。当代著名雕塑家、画家、现代艺术策划及景观设计家。中华人民共和国外专局特邀专家，西北农林科技大学艺术系教授。
