叶宗镐(1938.1—)江苏徐州人。擅长雕塑、水墨画。1961年毕业于中央美术学院雕塑系，历任江苏省美术馆一级美术师、江苏油画雕塑院院长。曾参加北京军事博物馆门前群雕、侵华日军南京大屠杀受难同胞纪念馆浮雕墙、南京渡江纪念碑、淮海战役纪念碑、长江大桥桥头雕塑群像等集体创作。
作品有《画家傅抱石》、《大风歌——刘邦像》、《施耐庵像》、《朱熹像》以及南京梅园新村纪念馆周恩来浮雕等。《射》入选第五届全国美展，《武松打虎》入选第七届全国美展、《马儿哟，你慢些走》、《蒲松龄像》入选全国美展。编著出版有《傅抱石美术文集》、《傅抱石年谱》、《傅抱石研究》等。
