赵志荣，男。1965年毕业于上海美专雕塑系，同年进上海油画雕塑院从事雕塑创作。一级美术师，中国美术家协会会员，上海城雕艺术委员会委员，上海雕塑学会会员，现代美术设计家协会会员，上海炎黄文化研究会会员，东南亚文化艺术交流协会艺术总监，东南亚艺术协会顾问。原上海油画雕塑院副院长。
主要作品有：《聂耳》、《愿望》《求索》、《在校园里》、《虔》、《母与子》、《悟》、《动物组雕》、《切磋岁月》等。其中《动物组雕》获上海四十年城雕评比佳作奖，《曹阳新村》获上海青年创作竞赛优秀奖油画，群雕《活力》获浦东开发区开放十年建设评比“精品城市雕塑”金奖。作品《在校园里》和《求索》为中国美术馆收藏，主创的作品《支前》为中国军事博物馆收藏。主创和主持创作的有：《上海人民英雄纪念塔大型花岗石浮雕》、《毛主席立像（复旦大学）、《前赴后继》（江西兴国烈士纪念馆）、《陶行知》、《京昆艺术大师俞振飞》、《冠军》、《奥林匹克精神》《张仲景》、《华驼》、《李时珍》、《和平》等。
出版有《实用体育美术》（雕塑部分）画册、著有《力与线的探索》等论文。兼擅绘画、书法、篆刻。
