钟志源，广东兴宁人。广州雕塑院副院长、中国美术家协会会员、国家一级美术师、广东省美术家协会理事、雕塑艺术委员会副秘书长、广州市美术家协会雕塑艺术委员会委员、广州市优秀专家。
多件作品获广东省美术作品金奖、优秀奖、鲁迅文艺奖、广东省宣传文化精品奖。广州市文艺奖特等奖、一等奖、二等奖。被广州市人民政府记二等功两次，被广东省文联评为优秀中青年会员。
2011年作品《张弼士》获广东省重大历史题材美术作品展览优秀奖，广州市先贤公园收藏；
2009年作品《远方的问候》入选第十一届全国美术作品展览，长春，长春雕塑公园、广州艺术博物院收藏；
2008年作品《春天的脚步》(合作)入选“第三届中国北京国际双年展”，北京，第三届中国北京国际双年展组委会收藏；
