俞畅，男，汉族，江苏南京人，1957年7月出生。第九届、十届、十一届广州市政协委员。改革开放时期，任广州雕塑院副院长、院长，全国城市雕塑委员会艺术委员会副主任，广州美术家协会副主席，广州美术学院雕塑系客座教授。俞畅学成于广州美术学院雕塑专业，1982年始任广州雕塑院创作员，2002年任广州雕塑院院长，国家一级美术师，2004年担任广州市美协副主席。作品风格硬朗、明快、充满了雄性的气概，充满了蓬勃的生命张力和时代感，多次在全国性美术活动中获取奖项，大量的作品安放在全国各地。
成就及荣誉
1989年作品《挑战》获第7届全国美展银质奖，并获首届“刘开渠雕塑艺术基金奖”，广东省建国44周年优秀文艺作品一等奖，第4届鲁迅文艺奖一等奖。
1991年作品《铁军》（与张永齐合作）获广东省美展金质奖，建党70周年全国美展银质奖。
1992年作品《未来属于我》（与唐大禧合作）获全国首届城市雕塑展优秀奖。
1992年作品《演进》获《延安文艺座谈会上的讲话》发表50周年全国美展优秀作品奖。
1995年作品《使命》获反法西斯二战胜利优秀奖。
1997年创作深圳联合广场大型雕塑《联合力柱》。
1999年创作昆明世博园艺术广场主雕《携手》（与马祥生合作）由广东省人民政府赠予云南省世博园。
1999年作品《使命》、《天弦》入选第9届全国美展。
2001年作品《国风》入选第5届全国体育美展，并获广东省美术作品优秀奖。
2003年作品《我有一梦》入选首届北京国际美术双年展（精品展）。
2003年作品《生命女神》立于美国关岛国际机场（主雕，国际中标）。
作品入选《中国美术五十年》（1942-1992）。
作品入选《20世纪中国美术——中国美术馆藏作品选》。

2004年主持雕塑大师潘鹤关于城市雕塑专题讲座。
