张海平，1956年11月出生，现为中国美术家协会会员、中国雕塑学会会员、上海大学美术学院雕塑系副主任、副教授。主要作品有：《白求恩》获第二届上海文学艺术奖“优秀成果大奖”和“全国美展铜奖”；《银枪闪烁》获体育美展优秀作品奖，现收藏于瑞士国际奥林匹克博物馆。主要雕塑作品有：《飞虹》高15米、宽30米，获设计方案一等奖，落成上海虹桥国际机场；《胜利》高3米，获设计方案二等奖，落成龙华烈士陵园纪念堂；《浦江曲》浮雕长35米，入选全国城雕优秀作品展，落成上海外滩原市府大楼对面绿地；《创世纪》高9米，落成上海展览中心门庭中央；《军魂——高桥烈士陵园群雕》高12米，落成上海高桥烈士陵园；《锦绣江山，万里长空》浮雕长44米，落成上海虹桥机场国内候机大厅。近些年许多作品赴美国、日本、新加坡和香港等地展览，并应邀赴法国、意大利、俄罗斯等一些国家进行艺术交流和讲学。
