张云薇，1940年生。江苏常州人。1955年考入中央美术学院华东分院附中。1965年毕业于中国美术学院雕塑系。退休于北京艺术设计学院。中国美术家协会会员。北京城市雕塑与环境艺术委员会委员。北京工艺美术珍精品鉴定委员会委员。长期从事雕塑、陶瓷、装饰工艺等教学和创作。近年来主要从事城市雕塑的设计和制作。一贯坚持“传承、特色、创新”的设计理念。曾先后两次举办个人和学生的师生作品展《同行》，出版个人画册《流水年华》。

代表作品：《登封市烈士陵园纪念碑》，《欢乐池塘》、《春风》、《鹤寿延年》（北京望京南湖小区），《邓拓夫妇》、《林徽因》（福州市名人陵园），《升华》、《关爱》、《知识就是力量》、《天使—2003北京之春》（北京地坛医院雕塑园）等。
