苏晖(1917—)河北藁城人。擅长雕塑。苏晖，在抗日战争期间在部队和农村画抗日救亡宣传画，解放战争时期在前线和农村与工厂体验生活，创作连环画，招贴画，年画，雕塑等。在造型艺术中涉猎较广，除擅长雕塑国画，其它象油画，水彩，木刻画等，都有作品展出与发表，多年来共作大小型雕塑作品计有300多件。
主要有：哈尔滨烈士纪念馆《无名英雄像》、《抗联小英雄何畏》全身像和北京市少年《天天向上》群像；参加1954年与1958年两届国际青年联欢节美术展。雕塑作有《广岛被炸十年祭》、《征服自然》参加天安门广场大型群雕的高等与创作等。建在哈尔滨的雕塑作品《白天鹅》荣获1985年首届城市雕塑优秀作品奖与证书。国画《鲜花与芒刺》编入1987—1988《中国美术选集》、《鲜花映劲松》编入大型画册《少奇百年祭》、《蝈蝈白菜》编入《中国书画名家选》。油画《向日葵》编入《世界华人艺术精品博览》，《女娲补天》等参加多次展出。1982年举办个人陶艺作品展。个人传略编入《中华文化名人大辞典》、《世界艺术家名人录》、《中外美术史》等十多种传略书籍。
